K-1 Engineering
As a part of our K-12 Quantum initiative, students will review and explore the exciting connections between engineering, forces, motion, and light. Kindergarten scientists will use hands-on activities to discover how pushes and pulls can move objects, how invisible forces such as magnetism can affect objects without touching them, and how engineers use testing and redesign to solve problems.

2-3 Properties of Matter
Campers will learn about the states of matter and apply this knowledge to various activities. As a part of our K-12 Quantum Initiative, camp activities may include States of Matter Scavenger Hunt, liquid density testing, building a volcano, designing a toy based on solids, liquids, and gases, and molecule building.

4-5 Energy
As a part of our K-12 Quantum initiative, students will explore how the basic forms of energy encompass our everyday lives and how it can cause motion and create change, with a special focus on sound. Through hands-on activities, including designing their own instruments and creating original songs, students will investigate how sound is produced by vibrating objects. They will also discover how the speed of these vibrations affects pitch, helping them understand the science behind the sounds they hear and create every day
